123Orders are dispatched and delivered Mon - Fri. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. We are unable to deliver goods to a P.O. Box address. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address as any parcels refused by the addressee and returned to us will need to be ordered again and therefore additional postage will need to be paid.

2Orders to Northern Ireland will use a different courier and may take longer so Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

We are currently working towards being able to offer more delivery locations in the near future, such as; Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, United States & Canada. If you wish to be notified when we start delivering to these locations, you can sign up to our email list and you'll receive an email once we do.
Returns (Online Purchases)
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 14 days for a full refund, using our returns form. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item you have received is faulty. Alternatively, you can return any items purchased online by taking them to our Ebbsfleet store. Please keep all tags attached and goods in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned and a refund or exchange can only be given if there is a manufacturing fault or if they do not measure their stated size.
