1,2Final shipping price and delivery time will depend on the service selected at checkout and the order weight. Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We are unable to deliver goods to a P.O. Box address.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) will usually be delivered in 1-2 working days. Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) will usually be delivered in 2-3 working days. However, please note, Royal Mail states these delivery timeframes are an aim, and so do not guarantee this.
Next Working Day Delivery (order before 11am) is sent via FedEx. Orders must be placed before 11am to guarantee Next Working Day delivery. Orders placed after 11am will be sent the next day. Please Note: orders are not delivered BEFORE 11am (orders must be PLACED before 11am), and orders can be delivered up until 6pm the next working day.
International
3Some parcels may be delayed at customs for inspections or for other reasons which are out of our control. We will contact customs to see what the reason is for the delay if this takes longer than a reasonable time.
4Final shipping price depends on total order weight. For non-UK customers, all prices on our website excludes Taxes and Duties, which will be calculated and included in the final shipping price. All orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). Please note, we calculate estimated Taxes and Duties prior to shipment. Taxes and duties can be changed at any time, therefore your local tax authority may request additional Taxes / Duties to be paid before your parcel is delivered. This is out of our control, and even though we try our best to calculate the estimated taxes and duties owed, the recipient will be liable for any additional taxes / duties required. Either Fatboys or the courier will contact the recipient in order to take payment of taxes / duties due.
