1,2Final shipping price and delivery time will depend on the service selected at checkout and the order weight. Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We are unable to deliver goods to a P.O. Box address.
APC Overnight - We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Parcels shipped with APC Overnight are usually delivered the next working day, however we cannot guarantee this so please allow 2 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail - We aim to dispatch orders placed before 6pm the next working day. Therefore Tracked 24 will usually be delivered in 2 working days, and tracked 48 in 3 working days, however Royal Mail doesn't guarantee this.
3Some parcels may be delayed at customs for inspections or for other reasons which are out of our control. We will contact customs to see what the reason is for the delay if this takes longer than a reasonable time.
4Final shipping price depends on total order weight. The above prices excludes Taxes and Duties, which will be calculated and included in the final checkout price. All orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). Please note, we calculate estimated Taxes and Duties prior to shipment. Taxes and duties can be changed at any time, therefore your local tax authority may request additional Taxes / Duties to be paid before your parcel is delivered. This is out of our control, and even though we try our best to calculate the estimated taxes and duties owed, the recipient will be liable for any additional taxes / duties required. Either Fatboys or the courier will contact the recipient in order to take payment of taxes / duties due.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 14 days for a full refund, using our returns form. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item you have received is faulty. Alternatively, you can return any items purchased online by taking them to our Ebbsfleet store. Please keep all tags attached and goods in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned and a refund or exchange can only be given if there is a manufacturing fault or if they do not measure their stated size.
