You can cancel and return items purchased online within 30 days for a full refund (cost of goods and standard shipping). Refund payments are usually cleared within 1-3 days, however it could take longer depending on the bank / card issuer. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item received is faulty. To make the returns process as easy as possible we will email UK customers a pre-paid Royal Mail label, once the return is approved. The cost of this label (£3.59 as of 12th April 2024) will be deducted from the amount refunded. Simply attach the label to the parcel and drop it to any Post Office / Royal Mail Depot. Please post the parcel before the "Post By" date shown on the label. If you do not wish to use our returns label, you can use your preferred courier, however we highly recommend sending returns via a tracked service as we cannot refund any items we do not receive back. We will then refund the cost of the item(s) as well as standard shipping. If you purchased non-standard shipping, only standard shipping will be refunded. If you purchased more than 1 item, only the price of the returned item(s) is refunded, and not standard shipping. Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned and a refund or exchange can only be given if there is a manufacturing fault or if they do not measure their stated size. Unfortunately we do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions below. We will then issue a refund, then if you wish, you can make another order for any other items you wish.

3. You will receive an email with a six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Enter this six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. Click Request Return.
7. Select the items that you want to return.
8. Select a return reason.
9. Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email (usually within 24 hours) with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
If you are an international customer and purchased goods online you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods.
