All orders placed before 1pm on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. For guaranteed Next Working Day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm. Please note that delivery can be any time up until 10pm.

International

Final international shipping price is calculated on the total order weight. For non-UK customers, all prices on our website exclude Taxes and Duties. All orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), so all Taxes and Duties will be calculated and included in the final shipping price. Taxes and duties can change at any time, and even though we try our best to calculate the estimated taxes and duties owed, the recipient will be liable for any additional taxes or duties due. Either Fatboys or the courier will contact the recipient in order to take payment of any further taxes and duties due.
