To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.
Please only use the form above if you are a UK customer.
If you are an international customer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return goods.
How do I return?
Enter your email address and order number (e.g. EC1234) in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
We will include a shipping label in the email. Simply attached it to the parcel and drop the parcel to any Collect+ location.
If you wish you can use your preferred courier. However, we strongly advise you use a tracked service, as we cannot refund any order we do not receive back.
Please include the original packing slip in the returns parcel to greatly speed up the returns process.
Are there any charges for returns?
We do not charge a fee for returned items. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the wrong goods were sent to you or the goods were faulty.
Once we receive the goods, the cost of goods minus the return cost (£5.28 if you decided to use our label) will be refunded. If you decided not to use our shipping label, the full cost of the goods will be refunded.
If you purchased more than 1 item, only the price for the returned item is refunded and not the postage.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method usually the same day. However, please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
