I bought the wrong size, as sometimes 3xl tops come up smaller than expected. This 4xl, on the other hand, is huge on me. I’m keeping it as it will fit over anything I’m wearing, including my big, heavy duty thermal coat, tops and thermal underwear. If you only intend using it over normal clothing, say a jumper or normal coat, I’d recommend ordering your normal size, I’m sure it’ll be big enough. As far waterproof, I’ve not had the opportunity to test it, but the seams look good so I don’t imagine there’ll be any issues.
